If you have an outstanding balance on your Seis Silver Credit Card (SSCC) and, at the same time, a Cash Advance, your payments are applied to the Cash Advance first. According to the Terms and conditions, payments are allocated by prioritizing the debt with the highest interest rate, which is why Cash Advance always takes priority over the SSCC.
Example:
Imagine you have:
$100 due on Cash Advance
$100 due on your SSCC
$100 available in your Seis Checking account or your linked external bank account
In this case:
If you make a manual payment to your SSCC, that payment will be applied to your Cash Advance first, not to your card balance.
If you don’t make a manual payment, the system will automatically collect your Cash Advance balance, taking the $100 from your Seis account or your linked external bank account. The $100 balance on your SSCC will remain due until you have enough funds to cover it.
