Why do I need to complete identity verification to receive my Cash Advance?

Verification confirms your identity and is a required step to access your Cash Advance securely

If you don’t have a Seis account yet and want to receive your Cash Advance in an external bank account, you must complete an identity verification before you can access the funds. This step confirms it’s you requesting the advance and protects your information.

To complete verification, after you receive your offer, have one of these valid documents ready:

  • Passport

  • Mexican Consular ID

  • SSN (Social Security Number)

  • ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

You will also be asked to complete a facial verification (selfie).

Once approved, you’ll be able to access your Cash Advance in your Seis app and receive the funds using the method you selected.
