Tips to enter your address correctly in the Seis app and complete your application.

If the app doesn’t recognize your address when you sign up, make sure you’re entering it exactly as it appears on an official document (for example, a utility bill or a bank letter). This helps the system identify your address.

If you don’t have a document on hand, review the following:

  • Enter a residential address (not a business address).

  • Check the full spelling and avoid abbreviations outside the common U.S. format.

  • Use the typical U.S. format:

    • House or building number

    • Cardinal direction (if applicable)

    • Street name or number

    • Apartment/unit/lot (if applicable)

    • City, state, and ZIP code

Example:
885 SW 2nd St Apt 6 Hialeah, FL 33018
In the app, enter “885 SW 2nd St Hialeah, FL 33018” in the first field and “Apt 6” in the second.

You can’t create a Seis account if:

  • You live in a hotel

  • You use a business address

  • You use a P.O. Box address

After you open your account, you can send your card to a business address or a P.O. Box if you prefer.
