This feature is only available to customers on a DocuSign Enterprise plan. If you're on a standard DocuSign account, this functionality is not accessible.

Why integrate with Docusign
All employee signed documents will be automatically categorized and attached to the field in the employee's profile for easy access and reference.
Each time a template that has been mapped is signed by an employee within Shapes, the signed document will automatically be added to Shapes.
How to set up the integration
All Super Admins can integrate in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Enter Shapes' Account Settings -> Integrations -> Docusign
Step 2: Click connect, sign in and "Allow Access"
Step 3. Map DocuSign and Shapes
Choose which templates you'd like to sync between the two platforms
Select the recipient role - this will determine which profile to add the document in the case of multiple signatories
Select the field within the profile to add the signed document
And that's it, your integration is now live!
Using Docusign with Workflows
Docusigns' power forms allows you to create a link to send to whomever you'd like for signature.
Step 1: Enter Docusign and click the dropdown next to "Start" -> Create Powerform
Step 2: Select the template and click "Add Selected" -> "Created"
Step 3: Copy the form and add it as a link to a task for any workflow
