Integrating Shapes with TeamTailor allows you to remove all the manual steps of importing your new hire into Shapes and removes the risk of human error.
All Super Admins can integrate in 3 simple steps. Please note that setting up the integration is only available for those with permissions at the Super Admin level.
1. Enter Shapes' Account Settings -> TeamTailor
2. Click connect and generate the URL
3. Enter TeamTailor -> Settings -> API Keys -> New API Key
4. Create the API Key with Admin Scope.
5. Create the webhook
6. Copy and paste the Team Tailor Signature Key and TeamTailor API Key from TeamTailor into Shapes and click "Connect"
7. In Shapes, you will see a confirmation that the integration was connected
From now on, any employee that is hired in TeamTailor will automatically be added to Shapes.
