Integrating Shapes with JazzHR allows you to remove all the manual steps of importing your new hire into Shapes and removes the risk of human error.
All Super Admins can integrate in 3 simple steps. Please note that setting up the integration is only available for those with permissions at the Super Admin level.
1. Enter Shapes' Account Settings -> JazzHR
2. Click connect and generate the JazzHR signature key and Secret Key
3. Click "Generate New Key" and paste that back in Shapes
4. Now click "Connect"
5. Enter JazzHR -> Settings -> Integrations. Scroll to the bottom and click "Add Integration"
6. Add "Shapes", paste the Secret key and integration URL from Shapes
7. In Shapes, you will see a confirmation that the integration was connected
From now on, any employee that is hired in JazzHR will automatically be added to Shapes.
