What is the Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base is a dedicated section within your platform where Admins and Super Admins can upload key files and links, making it easy for all team members to find the information they need in one place.

  • Upload Files & Add Links:
    Admins and Super Admins can upload documents and add helpful links for the team.

  • Easy Access for Everyone:
    All team members can browse the Knowledge Base to access shared resources.

  • File Preview & Download:
    Files open directly in preview mode for quick viewing. You can also download them if needed.

  • Links Open Seamlessly:
    Any link added to the Knowledge Base opens in a new browser tab for smooth navigation.
