OneLogin Integration

Integrating Shapes with OneLogin makes employee access simpler and more secure. With Single Sign-On and automated provisioning, employees can seamlessly log in using their company credentials, while centralized access control ensures sensitive HR data stays protected.

  1. Enter OneLogin and navigate to Developers -> API Credentials

  2. Click 'New Credential'

  3. Choose any name you want and select 'Manage users'

  4. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret

  5. In Shapes, paste the Client ID and Client Secret, and fill your subdomain (https://<subdomian.>onelogin.com)

Currently mapped fields from Shapes to OneLogin:

  • Email => username and email

  • First name => firstname

  • Last name => lastname

  • Job => title

  • Phone number => phone

  • Team => department

  • Reports to => manager
