Connecting Shapes' MCP to Claude

To connect Shapes to Claude, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to claude.ai

  2. log in enter your email

  3. You should then go to your settings and connectors

  4. Custom connector.

    1. Here add "Shapes"

    2. https://mcp.shapes.co/mcp

  5. Shapes should then appear with a "custom" tag.

  6. Click connect and allow access.

We highly recommend using model "Opus 4.6", in our experience, this generates the best results.
