Dueto joins Shapes' Applicant Tracking System integrations, alongside Comeet, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, JazzHR, and TeamTailor. When a candidate is marked "hired" in Dueto, Dueto sends them to Shapes and Shapes creates the employee record automatically — including their CV and any attached files.
All Super Admins can set up the integration.
How to Connect Dueto
In Shapes, go to Account Settings → Integrations → Dueto and click Connect.
Step 1 (Webhook URL): Shapes generates a Webhook URL and a Signing key. Copy both, then paste them into Dueto's own webhook settings — whenever a candidate is marked "hired" in Dueto, Dueto will send that candidate to this URL and sign the request with this key.
Click Next to move to Step 2 (Field mapping): map each Dueto candidate field to the matching Shapes employee field — see the list below for what can be mapped.
Click Save.
From now on, any candidate marked "hired" in Dueto will automatically be created as an employee in Shapes.
