Please note that this feature is available only for the super admin permission level. You can read more about permissions in this article.
To enter the Customization tab, click on the three dots in the top left hand corner of the screen and select 'Account Settings.'
You will be directed to the first tab labelled 'Customization'. Here, you can change:
Account Name
Avatar Icon appearing on the top left-hand corner of the screen
Full Logo (used in forms and email communications)
We recommended an image size of 40x40px for the Avatar Icon and image height of 40px for the Full Logo.
