Please note that this feature is available only for the Super Admin permission level. You can read more about permissions in the Permission Levels article.
To enter the Customization tab, click on the three dots in the top left hand corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
You will be directed to the first tab labelled Customization. Here, you can change:
Account Name
Avatar Icon — appears on the top left-hand corner of the screen
Full Logo — used in forms and email communications
Default Language — Super Admins can set a default language for the entire account. Individual users can override it in their personal settings, but the account default applies to everyone without a personal preference.
Cover Banner — upload a cover banner image that appears on the account's home/profile area. Can also be removed if previously set.
Recommended image sizes: 40x40px for the Avatar Icon, and a height of 40px for the Full Logo.
Email Settings
Control how system emails from Shapes appear to your employees.
Email Sender Name
Customise the name that appears as the sender on all system emails sent from Shapes (e.g., "Acme HR" instead of "Shapes"). Maximum 100 characters.
Email Reply-To Address
Set a custom reply-to email address for all outgoing Shapes emails. When left blank, replies go to the default Shapes address.
