The activity log is a single place in every employee profile where you can track all the changes made on their account. Curious about when they changed their phone number? How long ago they uploaded a file? You can see it all in the activity log.
Every change displays four important columns:
When it was added/changed
Who added/changed the field
Which field and group was changed
What the actual change was
Who can see the activity log?
Only super admins have access to the activity log.
What happens if the name of the field has been changed?
If a change has been logged on a field with a specific name, and in the future the name of the field changes, Shapes will still display the change in connection to the original field name.
