Adding Shapes' calendar to your calendar is quick and simple. Shapes can display the calendar on multiple calendars, such as macOS Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
Please note that each employee needs to sync the calendar for themselves.
Here are the steps for the most common calendars:
Each employee can choose to sync only their team's calendars or the entire company's calendar. Users with manager permissions and above can also select to sync their calendar to those employees who directly report to them.
Copy the chosen calendar URL and follow the steps below:
1. On your computer, open Google Calendar
2. On the left, next to "Other Calendars," click Add "+" -> From URL
3. Paste the URL generated in Shapes
4. Click Add calendar. The calendar appears on the left, under "Other Calendars"
β
Tip: It might take up to 24 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
You can only add a calendar with a link if the other person's calendar is public. Learn more about public calendars.
