Integrating Shapes with Greenhouse allows you to remove all the manual steps of importing your new hire into Shapes and removes the risk of human error.
All Super Admins can integrate in 3 simple steps.
1. Enter Shapes' account settings -> Greenhouse
2. Click connect, and generate the Unique URL and Secret Key
3. Enter Greenhouse -> Settings -> Dev Center -> Web Hooks
4. Copy and Paste the URL and Secret Key from Shapes, add the email address of the recipient of error emails. Then Click "Create Web Hook".
5. In Shapes, you will see a confirmation that the integration was connected.
From now on, any employee that is hired in Greenhouse will automatically be added to Shapes.
