Integrating with Workable allows you to remove all the manual steps of importing your new hire into Shapes and removes the risk of human error.
All Super Admins can integrate in a few simple steps.
1. Enter Shapes' account settings -> Integrations -> Workable
2. Click connect and Open the field for Workable's API key
3. Enter Workable -> Settings -> Integrations -> Apps -> Generate API Token
4. Set up the API scope:
- Call the API "Shapes"
- Choose the expiration date (2 years - recommended)
- Allow Shapes to sync "r_account", "r-candidates", "r-jobs"
Click "Generate Token"
5. Copy and Paste the API Access Token from Workable to Shapes and click "Connect"
From now on, any employee that is hired in Workable will automatically be added to Shapes. Please note that employees will not be invited to Shapes automatically (guide to invite users can be found here.)
