The number of speakers does not have an impact on the final price but helps to improve the quality of transcript and delivery time. By tapping Three dots button in the upper right corner you can change the language of your recording (it is set by default based on your phone's settings). You can also change the accent for the selected language and currency. Different languages have different pricing.
4. Test for free before buying!
Since it is difficult to determine whether your recording´s quality is good enough for machine to give you a meaningful transcription, we offer an option to test it before purchasing. You can have the first minute of each of your recordings transcribed by the machine for free to see whether the result is satisfying enough for your needs and to decide whether you purchase the full transcription.
Upon tapping Transcribe first 1 minute, the app cuts the first 3 minutes of the recording, encrypts them and uploads them to the server. The speech-to-text engine transcribes the shortened recording and sends the example of the recording´s first minute directly to the app´s Smart Editor for review. The delivery time is approximately 5 minutes and push-notification is sent once finished.
Important check 1:
Trim feature - if the first minute of the recording is irrelevant (silence, background chatter, … ) to the content of the rest of the recording, please use the Trim feature displayed at the bottom of the screen to cut this irrelevant part, otherwise the test transcript will not contain meaningful text and you will not know whether Machine Transcription is suitable for your recording.
Important check 2:
3 minutes - the app takes the first 3 minutes of your recording but the test transcript shows only the first minute. The reason is that speech-to-text algorithm is able to retroactively correct and improve the text which it had already transcribed, thanks to the better understanding of the context from further listening. 3 minutes are optimal to get the best result for your first minute.

Refunds - free option to test how well the machine transcribes your recording is there to ensure that you make an informed decision whether it is suitable for you to purchase this service and whether the resulting transcript would be satisfactory for your needs. If you are not satisfied with Machine Transcription result, we recommend you to use Human Transcription service. If you decide to purchase the Machine Transcription service, you acknowledge that the resulting transcript might not be in a satisfactory quality and is not a subject to refund or claim. Each purchased transcript can be edited to your satisfaction using in-app Smart Editor.

Simple & easy option for occasional use. The cost is based on the length of the recording (+ timestamps if requested). Credit card is charged each time a purchase is made. The invoice is sent directly to the application after each purchase.

Mandatory - Pay-as-you-go order over 100 USD / Individual plans
You must fill in your personal billing information or company's billing information. You will receive an invoice after each purchase / bulk invoice each month. In the Pay-as-you-go regime, the credit card is charged for each purchase. In Individual plan regime, the credit card is charged only when purchasing the plan, following transcription orders will deduct minutes from plan´s minute supply according to recording´s length.
8. Order transcript
Once the transcript is ordered, the recording is encrypted and uploaded to the server as soon as connection to wi-fi is available. When successfully uploaded, speech-to-text engine starts to transcribe the recording. The delivery times may vary but in general the system is transcribing at the rate: 60 seconds of recording = 75 seconds of transcription.
9. Transcript is ready
Once the system is done with the transcription, the final transcript is encrypted and sent directly to app´s Smart Editor. Push notification is sent and the transcript can be accessed directly by tapping the push notification or via the respective recording's screen.
Important check 4:
Storing - as soon as the system processes the transcript, the recording is deleted from servers. The transcript is stored on the server for 30 days from being marked as complete, after this period it is deleted and can't be retrieved.
10. Smart Editor - Edit, Search, Format, Export
Smart Editor is an in-app tool that allows to make basic edits to the received transcripts directly in the app. It also allows to transform the transcribed text into several formats and export it to various services. Choose the desired format of the transcript - resultant document is saved to the device and can be shared with one tap.
