There can be several reasons why your order was canceled. The most common ones are:
1. Incorrect delivery address
If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be clearly delivered to (for example, due to an incorrect or inactive DHL Packstation number), we will contact you.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled, as we are unable to reserve the products any longer.
2. Payment issues
If your payment could not be successfully processed or there are problems with the payment provider, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Product unavailable
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will try—if possible—to ship the remaining items.
However, if you ordered only one product and it is unavailable, the entire order will be canceled.
