I entered the wrong delivery address – what can I do?

If you made a mistake in your delivery address, what you can do depends on whether your order has already been processed.

Address change before processing

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can usually still update the delivery address.

Order already being processed

Once your order has been paid, it is usually transmitted to our warehouse and processed shortly after.

→ In this case, you will see an error message in the address change portal indicating that the delivery address can no longer be updated.

Order already shipped? → Redirect your package

Depending on the destination country, you may still be able to redirect your shipment directly with the shipping carrier:

Delivery within Germany

  • Redirection is often possible via DHL

  • Check the available options in the tracking link or in the DHL app

Deliveries to other countries

  • Many carriers offer similar redirection options

  • Redirection is handled directly with the local delivery service
