Since we only ship fresh and edible products, we may automatically remove products that are no longer fresh from your order and refund the money. You will receive an appropriate refund email from us.

The name and number of the missing items you did not receive.
A complete and clearly visible photo of the entire packaging box
A clearly visible photo of all the items you received
