Sometimes it can happen that the Pouches in the cans burst open or the can itself is damaged. Mainly due to a manufacturer's error or external force during transportation. Please check in the first place if the packaging has any noticeable damage. We ask for your understanding that we do not have the possibility to open and check cans before shipping.

In the given case that you have received a defective/damaged item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • Description of the defect

  • A meaningful photo of the defect

  • If more than one can is affected, we need a photo with all affected cans on one picture.

If the item was already damaged at the time of delivery, please also take a photo of the package to document the condition of the item at the time of delivery.

Unless we can not prove and verify that you actually received a damaged item, we unfortunately cannot exchange the item or refund the amount.

Once we receive the above information, we will promptly address the matter and attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
