In case you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Product you did not receive

  • Product you received instead

  • Photo of the product you received

  • Photo of the entire packaging box

Once we receive the above information, we will promptly address the matter and attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Unless we can not prove and verify that you actually received a wrong product, unfortunately we cannot begin to fix the problem.

All claims for orders received without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
