After we receive and verify your payment, your order will be processed within 36 hours. Orders placed after 11:00 am, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
If you place your order after 11:00 am on a Friday, your order will probably be shipped the following Monday.
Note: Payments with Bank transfer take up to 48h to appear in our account.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking information by email from us. If you still haven't received a shipping confirmation after 36 hours, there are three possible reasons:
You have used an incorrect email address
There is a problem with your order and/or address
Your order has not been paid yet
In cases #1 and #2, contact us immediately after the 36 hours with the following information:
Your order number
Your full name
Please note that on special sale days and promotional days, due to the volume of orders, it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped.
