Once we have received your payment, your order is usually processed within one business day. We then hand over your package to our shipping service provider as quickly as possible - typically at noon on business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Additionally, our shipping service provider will send you a separate email with further details as soon as your package has been registered at their distribution center.
Why does my tracking status say "pending" or "electronically registered"?
This status indicates that your order has been fully processed but has not yet been scanned by the shipping service provider. It is normal for this status to remain for up to one business day.
If the status does not change after three business days, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
