My order hasn’t been shipped yet

As soon as we receive your payment, we process your order as quickly as possible. Your package is then handed over to our shipping provider promptly on business days.

🔍 How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your personal tracking link

  • An additional email from the shipping provider once your package has been scanned at the parcel center

You can use the tracking link at any time to check the current status of your delivery.

ℹ️ Why does the tracking status say “open” or “electronically announced”?

This status means:

  • Your order has already been fully processed

  • The shipment has been announced to the carrier

  • However, it has not yet been scanned at the parcel center

👉 This is completely normal and can last up to 2 business days.

When will the status update?

In most cases, your package is scanned at the parcel center shortly after, and the tracking status updates automatically.

If the status has not changed after 3 business days, the shipment will be checked internally.

🚚 Note on possible delays

In exceptional cases—such as:

  • High demand

  • Sales promotions or special offers

processing times may be slightly longer.

Of course, we will continue to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
