I haven’t received my refund yet

It takes up to 14 days for a return to arrive at our warehouse, be inspected, and for the refund to be processed.

However, processing times may be delayed due to holidays (including international ones), high volumes at the shipping carrier, or other factors. We recommend checking the status of your tracking number regularly.

Please note that even after the tracking status shows "delivered," it can take up to 5 business days for the package to be processed in our returns warehouse. Once your return has been successfully inspected, we will issue your refund as quickly as possible. Depending on your chosen payment method, it may take an additional 1-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact our customer service via chat or email support@snuzone.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number of the return (if available)

  • A detailed description of the issue
