If you placed your order with the payment method bank transfer and did not make a payment yet, you have the possibility to cancel your order. The cancellation must be made within a period of 5 days.

For all other orders, cancellation is not possible, because your order will be automatically transferred to our system and processed for shipment as soon as possible. To cancel the order, you must follow our return process.
