Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, no changes can be made. This includes:
Changing the item or quantity
Adding items
Changing the shipping method
Changing the payment method
Altering the destination country

Incorrect shipping address?
If you realize that the delivery address was entered incorrectly and your package has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to update it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding if changes are no longer possible, due to fast processing times.
If the package has already been shipped, some couriers offer rerouting options, such as delivery to a pickup point. In this case, please contact the courier directly to request a reroute. We are not able to reroute your parcel for you.
We are not liable for lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
