Changing the shipping method
Changing the payment method
Altering the destination country

Change delivery address
You can change your delivery address using the link below. Please wait 5 minutes after completing your order before doing so. Once the order enters processing, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, an error message will be displayed in the change portal.

If the package has already been shipped, some couriers offer rerouting options, such as delivery to a pickup point. In this case, please contact the courier directly to request a reroute. We are not able to reroute your parcel for you.
We are not liable for lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
