We cannot make any changes to your order after you click the "Place Order" button. This includes the following:

  • Changing the item or quantity

  • Adding items to your order

  • Shipping method

  • Payment method

The good news is, you have 14 days to return these items. You can find our returns process here.

If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we cannot be held liable if the order is lost. We are not obligated to refund / replace this order.

If you notice that the delivery address has been entered incorrectly and the package has not yet been sent, we can change it at short notice. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

If the package has already been sent, some couriers offer a self-service option that allows it to be redirected to a branch, for example. In this case, contact the courier directly with a redirection request.
