If your payment is rejected, this can have very different reasons:

Klarna

For Klarna payments it is important that your data entries at our shop are identical to the data entries at Klarna. Otherwise you can find other possible reasons in the Klarna article:

We do not have access to your Klarna account to find the cause, if it still does not work, please contact Klarna support, they will surely have a solution for you.

Credit card

For credit card payments it is important that you have entered all information correctly, that your card supports 3D Secure (standard in the EU) and that you approve the payment. In case of repeated problems, you can contact us for this purpose, please provide the following information:

  • your full name

  • your e-mail address that you use at Snuzone

  • Credit card type (Mastercard/VISA/AMEX)
