Your order will be released for shipment only after receipt of the bank transfer. Please note that SEPA bank transfers usually take 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). If this time is exceeded and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, then check the following:
Did you enter your order number correctly as the payment reference?
Does the amount match the invoice amount?
If this is the case, please contact us and send us a screenshot of your transaction confirmation, this will speed up the whole process enormously. Please include the following information:
Order number
Full name to which the bank account belongs
Screenshot of the bank transfer if possible
Please also note that we will not send an additional payment confirmation once we have received the transfer. The parcel will be automatically released for processing after receipt of payment and dispatched within 24 hours. Only then will you receive another dispatch confirmation.
