Your order will only be processed and shipped after we have received your bank transfer. Please note that SEPA transfers typically take 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process.
If this time has passed, please check the following:
Did you enter the correct order number as the payment reference?
Does the transferred amount match the invoice total?
Was the transfer successfully completed?
Was the transfer sent to the correct account?
I forgot to include my order number or name in the payment reference
To automatically match your payment to your order, please make sure to include either your order number or your name - especially if the name on your bank account differs from the one used for your Snuzone order.
🔹 If you only entered the order number (without your name), that’s fine! You can include it with or without the "#" symbol (e.g., #2094523
or 2094523
).
🔹 If you forgot both the order number and your name and your transfer was made more than three business days ago, please send our customer support team a bank transfer receipt so we can manually match the payment.
I only transferred a partial amount
Our system will recognize your partial payment and notify you automatically. You can transfer the remaining balance at any time using our bank details below. Please ensure you include your order number as the payment reference.
Once the full payment has been received, your order will be released for shipping.
I transferred the payment to the old bank account.
Please note that our bank details changed on October 8, 2025. If you have already sent your payment to our old bank account (IBAN ending in “7553”), the amount will automatically be refunded to you by your bank within the next few days, and the transfer will be cancelled. Our previous bank-account has now been closed, so we cannot receive any payments made to it.

My transfer wasn’t processed—what should I do?
There can be various reasons why your bank transfer was not processed. The bank may have blocked your payment for compliance reasons, your account may not support SEPA transfers, or a technical issue may have occurred. If the amount does not reach us, it is usually automatically refunded to your bank account within a few days. To avoid delays, we recommend placing a new order using an alternative payment method such as Klarna or credit card.
