In rare cases, shipments are marked as delivered in tracking while they are still in delivery. If you have not received your order, please wait 24 hours. In case of a Friday, wait until the next business day.
If your order still hasn't shown up after 24 hours, please contact us with the following information:
Your order number and email address
Subject: Order not received
Your full shipping address
Once we have received the above information, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping company. The driver will also contact you personally to make sure there is no loss, misdelivery or fraud.
If you enter the wrong address, we cannot be held liable if the order is lost. We are not obligated to refund / replace this order.
All claims for orders that have not been delivered must be made within 21 days from the date of shipment.
