We have a strict age verification process, requiring the customer to be physically present and provide identification to receive their first order. If our delivery partner determines that the recipient is underage, they are legally prohibited from delivering the package, and it will be returned to Snuzone.

In such cases, all associated costs—including shipping, return, and processing fees - will be charged to the customer, up to a maximum of € 25.

Age verification is only required for the first order, provided that the recipient remains the same.
