You must have "Full Access" permissions to grant permissions.

You can grant a member or a group a few different permissions when giving them access to your website.

When Granting Permissions to a Specific Product or Tool

Full Access

Access all tools and manage website content

Limited Access: HQ Tools

Access to all non-financial administrative tools in HQ.

Limited Access: Website

Access to all website pages and content.

Limited Access: Financials

Access to all financial tools and information.

Limited Access: Registration Builder

Access to all registration builder tools to create, update, and delete registrations.

Limited Access: Compliance

Access to view and manage background screens. Only visible with an active Verify subscription.

No Access

This allows organizations to give an admin a role without providing access to HQ.

When Granting Permission to Team Staff

Permission

Description

Full Access

Team Admin access to schedule, roster, email and chat messages, RSVPs and invites, print roster and contact lists, score games via the mobile app, edit team settings, and grant team permissions.

Team Settings

Team Settings Admin access to email and chat messages, print roster and contact lists, and edit team settings.

Rostering

Roster Admin access to rostering, email and chat messages, manage invites, and print roster and contact lists.

Scheduling Events

Event Admin access to manage and add events, manage event RSVPs and reminders, email and chat messages, and print roster and contact lists.

Scheduling Games

Game Admin access to manage and add games, manage game RSVPs and reminders, email and chat messages, print roster and contact lists, and score games from the mobile app.

Score Games

Game Scorer access to email and chat messages, print roster and contacts lists, and score games from the mobile app.

View Only

Access to email and chat messages and print roster and contact lists.

When Granting Permissions to Individual Pages

Permission

Description

Owner

Update and edit all content, move or delete pages, assign permissions, create groups, send messages, create new pages, etc.

Edit

View private pages, add elements, and edit content.

View

View private page.

NOTE: Having Page Edit access on a Team Page does not give admin permissions in TeamCenter or the Mobile App. To do so, you must roster the individual as staff and assign them team permissions.
