Before you can attach an autoform to your registration session, you must contact your account manager or Customer Success to get the properly formatted PDF and templates. If you are particularly tech-savvy, you can also create your own PDF template.
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
From the left navigation menu, click Registration > Registrations.
Click the registration name you wish to connect the autoform to.
On the registration reporting page, click PDF Template.
Click Create New Template and attach the autoform file you received from SportsEngine in the PDF field.
Fill out all the required information and any optional information you would like.
In the Available on field, select the registration session name to which you wish to attach this form.
Click Save Template.
All autoforms have very specific questions they pull from, and if the report label for questions on your registration session does not match, the autoform will not work as intended. If the correct registration template is used, you can disregard this warning.
