What does 'blacklisted' or 'red flagged' mean?

What is it, what do we do if this happens and what do you need to do to fix this

Updated over a week ago

This means that a device has been registered as lost stolen or not fully paid under contract.

As we don't accept stolen or counterfeit items. Once we discover a device is blacklisted we legally have to quarantine the item and can't return it or pay for it. If the issue isn't resolved after 28 days we will responsibly recycle the tech, but no payment will be made.

If the blacklisted reason is incorrect or old then this can be fixed by contacting your phone provider and/or proving ownership to get the register updated.

If we believe the item is stolen we will report this to the Police and give them all the information we have on the item and the seller.
