What does your warranty cover?

What is and isn't covered and some handy hints for water damage!

Any purchase from us comes with a 12-month warranty. This covers any faults in the hardware and software but it doesn’t cover accidental damage.

If you have any issues with your purchase(s), just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help.

The most common accidental damage is liquid damage (which our warranty doesn't cover). If your phone ends up dropping into liquid, make sure you:

  1. Remove it from the liquid immediately. The longer it stays there, the more liquid will seep into the crack around your screen and various other inlets.

  2. Turn the phone off and leave it off.

  3. Remove all cases, covers, etc. that could hold the liquid.

  4. If possible, open the back and remove the battery, SIM card, and micro SD card.

  5. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to dab your phone dry.

  6. Try not to use extreme heat – keep it in a cool, dry place.

  7. Fill a container with something absorbent like rice or silica gel. Bury the device and leave it in the bag for 24-48 hours.
