Can I get my device back once I've put it in the pod?

It depends on the option you chose when we asked you:

"After we've confirmed the value of your device, how would you like to proceed?"

If you clicked "Approve any value", we'll send your device off to be rehomed/recycled and can’t unfortunately return it to you.

But if didn't click "Approve any value", and it changes, you can reject the value and let us know if you'd like the item back. We’ll send it straight back to you, free of charge.

Put your device in a Pod by mistake?

If you mistakenly put a device in the Pod, please let us know straight away (using Live Chat). We'll get it returned to you as soon as possible. However, it will take a couple of days because for security reasons, the deposit box can't be accessed by anyone working at the store.
