Your item will usually be sent within 48 hours. We send all our items by tracked 48 hour post. so if can take up to a week for your new device to arrive. If it's been longer than that just let us know.

If you purchased your item through BackMarket we're still very happy to help but you will need to contact them first.

If you've sold a device to us you will normally be paid within 24 hours from us receiving it. You can track this online in your Spring account.
