I put my tech in a Pod, what happens now?

How to track your tech and what to do if there's a problem...

We usually collect Monday to Friday.

When your device is collected from the Pod, it’ll head off to our workshop where we’ll check it over, confirm its value and then send it off to a whole new life (as a refurbished device or as recycled materials).

You'll receive emails to let you know what's happening at every step of the way. Or alternatively, you can follow your tech's journey in your Spring account.

  • If, during the checking process, we find a problem (such as locks, PINs or accounts still in place) we'll get in touch and tell you what we need from you.

  • If not, you'll receive your Final Guaranteed Value and your money should be in your bank account 1-3 days after dropping off your tech.
