We do need your tech to be unlocked to be able to pay it's full value. But don't worry if you've forgotten to remove this. Just send over a message with your pin/pattern/password.

Once we have this we will unlock it and remove all the data for you.

If you don't remember the passcode that's not a problem we can still responsibly recycle the tech, we just wont be able to pay for it.
