Having trouble scanning your Pouch?

Some tips on scanning the QR code, and what to do if you can't...

Updated over a week ago

If you ordered the Pouch from our website, you can skip this step...

Since we already have all your details and devices saved, feel free to follow the other steps on the Pouch and head to the Post Office.

Otherwise: here's how to scan the QR code

  1. First, locate the QR code on the Pouch.

  2. Open the camera app on your device and point it at the QR code.

  3. Make sure the QR code is positioned as centrally as possible.

  4. When you see the link appear, click on it. You'll be taken to a page explaining the next steps.

If using desktop device and not a phone then you may need to give our website permissions to use your camera. How to do this will depend on the device or browser but you can usually find this is 'settings'.

Still not working?

If you're getting an error message or the Pouch just doesn't want to scan, just send us a message on Live Chat with your email address, or email us at hello@spring.co.uk and we'll help you fix the problem ASAP.

Why do I need to scan the QR code and register my pouch?

If you picked up a Pouch from a store or it was given to you, scanning the QR code is a must. If you don't, we won't know who it belongs to when it arrives!

(if this happens, we keep items for 2 weeks before recycling the items if no one gets in touch with us about their devices).
