The Asset Register allows your staff to manage and maintain records for assets/tools of trade, bookings and any pre-start inspections completed on the assets.
You can create a new asset by pressing '+ Create Asset'.
You can also manage the view on the assets screen by pressing 'Manage Categories', and the 'Asset Maintenance' tab can be used to hold and manage asset equipment lists.
Select the checkbox next to the assets you want to manage to enable multi-selection. Once selected, use the Bulk Actions menu to activate or deactivate multiple assets at the same time.
To view details, bookings and inspections on each asset, press 'Edit' on the right hand side of each asset you wish to manage.
The Details section of the asset will hold relevant details, registrations and expiry dates applicable.
Choose a staff member if they are in charge of the asset, and choose a time for them to get the pre-start sms reminder every Monday.
As well as details to be entered into the track platform (if applicable).
The Bookings tab of the asset can hold relevant future and past bookings of use.
The Inspections tab of the asset can hold relevant per stat inspections completed on the asset and the driver whom submitted the assessments.
The Forms Submissions tab contains all submissions of forms that have a linked Asset selected in the form.
The Files tab can be used to hold electronic copies of any registrations, servicing, warranty and purchase information applicable to the asset.
The Equipment tab can be used to advise on relevant tools and accessories in each asset that are ok, missing or need attention.
The Compliance tab contains all the Asset Compliances available in the system and will show which compliances have data entered for them.
You can add a new Asset Compliance via the + Add New Field button.
