1- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our shipping time depends on the item, delivery zip code, number of orders we have to fulfill.
2- How can I find the squats of my order?
You can email us at Hello@superarbor.io or Chat with us online. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and email address or phone number.
3- Why is my order taking longer to ship?
Some items can be ship on the same day, and some can take up to 10 weeks.
Our standard shipping is about 14-17 business days (excluding weekends) as of
April/2021, and we update this every week.
If the item you order is back-order or non-stock, this could take from 3-10 weeks, depends on the item and the number of orders we have in front of your order to fulfill.
4- Where is my order shipping from?
We are shipping orders from all across the country. It depends on the closest location we have the item in stock or the Manufacturer's warehouse.
5- What kind of shipping method you use for my order?
We have 4 different shipping methods:
A- Truck/car delivery. We have drivers all across the country (like Uber), and they will pick up your item from the warehouse and deliver it to you. This method is only for less than 200 miles of delivery from the warehouse to your address. We call this Truck delivery.
B- FedEx Ground (Parcell) for orders below 200 lbs. and long-distance (over 200 miles).
C- Freight shipping. This method is for more than 200 lbs. and long-distance (over 200 miles) delivery. We partner with FedEx Freight for this kind of delivery.
D- Shipping directly from the vendor warehouse with their own preferred carrier partners.
6- Why have I not recived my Tracking number?
We send the tracking number only 3 days before the delivery for FedEx deliveries. If your shipping method is card delivery, you will receive the notification only 1-2 hours before the delivery.
7- Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel the order any time before we shipped out or send the order to the vendor. Please email us at Hello@superarbor.io your request; it tasks up to 48 hours to review and approve the cancellation request. Refunds take about 4-5 business days depends on your bank.
Please note: If you cancel the order after it is shipped, the return shipping cost applies, and the item needs to be in new condition.
8- How long does it take for me to receive the response to my email?
It takes about up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email. Thanks for your patients.
