Please note: Individual Accounts are currently linked to the platform you are signing up with. This means that if you signed up/logged in via the App you can only access through the App, this is the same for the Web portal.
Using the Web Portal:
Log in into your account and go to the Settings tab
Click on the pencil icon next to Contact Information
Add a new email address and press the + button
You will need to enter the 7 digit-number that you receive on your registered mobile number by text or on your Authenticator app (depending on what you have set up, the text is the default setting, check our FAQ to see how to setup the Authenticator app login) - then click on Verify
You have added your new email address now:
Go to your new email address Inbox, you will have been sent a verification email (please check your spam box in case you cannot find it) and click on the Verify Email button in the email- then refresh your account page
Click on the pencil icon next to Contact Information
Click on Make it default below your new email address and verify this action by entering the 7 digit-number that you receive on your registered mobile number by text or on your Authenticator app
Now that your new email address is set as Default, click on the bin icon next to the old one.
