📄 TweetHunter makes it easy to manage large volumes of tweets by allowing you to export and import tweets using a simple CSV file. Whether you're backing up content, planning in bulk, or moving between tools, this feature can save you time and effort.


🔁 How to Export Tweets as CSV

You can export your tweets from specific sections like drafts, scheduled posts, or even your tweet inspiration library.

Steps:

  1. Go to the section you want to export from (e.g., Scheduled Tweets, Published Tweets or Drafts).

  2. Click the “Export as CSV” button.

  3. The file will automatically download to your device.


📥 How to Import Tweets via CSV

Want to bulk upload a set of tweets you've drafted elsewhere? You can do that by uploading a properly formatted CSV file.

Steps:

  1. Go to the “Drafts” section.

  2. Click the “Import CSV” button.

  3. Upload your file and review the imported tweets before confirming.


✅ CSV Format Requirements

To ensure a smooth import, your CSV should include the following columns:

The content of the tweet (required)

media_url

Direct link to any image/GIF/video (optional)

scheduled_date

Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM (optional)

Note: Media must be hosted online. Uploading files directly via CSV is not supported.


⚠️ Tips & Best Practices

  • Double-check for typos in column headers—TweetHunter uses exact matches.

  • Media links should end in .jpg, .png, .gif, or .mp4.
