The “With organization” tab allows you to view and engage with LinkedIn posts from people in your company or organization. This helps you support colleagues, increase your team’s visibility, and strengthen your professional brand.
For each post shown, you can:
Type your own reply manually in the text box.
Use Smart Reply to generate context-aware responses based on the post content.
Choose from preset reply styles:
Add value – share thoughtful, insightful contributions
Congratulate – highlight achievements and show recognition
Agree – express support or alignment
Disagree – provide constructive criticism or an alternative perspective
Insert Snippets (your pre-saved comment templates) or add Emoji to personalize your engagement.
Filters and sorting
To make your engagement more efficient, you can:
Filter posts by date published, follower count, keywords, hashtags, or whether they contain links/media.
Sort posts by Relevance or Date.
Refresh the feed at any time to see new posts from your colleagues.
Why use this tab?
Engaging with posts from your colleagues not only supports them, but also increases the reach of your organization as a whole. The more you interact with their content, the stronger the collective visibility of your team becomes on LinkedIn.
It’s possible that not all posts from your organization feel directly relevant to you, and that’s completely normal. This section will surface posts from across your team so you can engage broadly, ensuring nobody’s content goes unnoticed.
