With Taplio Outreach, you can leverage your audience with DMs by selecting recipients, personalizing your message, and sending campaigns directly. Here’s how to use the Send DMs feature step by step.
1. Access the Outreach Tab
Go to the Outreach (Beta) section in your Taplio dashboard. You’ll see multiple tabs at the top:
📩 Send DMs → Send personalized direct messages.
🤖 Auto-DMs → Automate replies to people who engage with your posts.
📊 Outreach Health Tracker → Monitor your campaign performance.
🗂️ DM History → Keep track of sent messages.
2. Add Recipients
Click ➕ Add recipients to select who will receive your message.
You can add up to 100 recipients per day with Taplio.
Once selected, the number of recipients will appear in the counter at the top (e.g., 10/100).
💡 Tip: It’s best to segment your audience so each campaign feels relevant and personal.
3. Write Your Message
In the Message content box, type your message. Taplio supports variables so you can personalize at scale:

Use ⬆️ ⬇️ to navigate, and Enter to select.
Variables like [firstname] and [company] will be automatically replaced with actual data.
✨ Example:
👉 “Hi [firstname], I noticed you’re doing great work at [company]. Would love to connect!”
4. Preview Your Message
On the right side, you’ll see a Preview panel 👀 that updates as you type.
This shows how your DM will look for a specific recipient, including variable replacements.
5. Send or Schedule Your Campaign
Once your recipients are added and your message is ready, click Send DM 🚀.
You can also schedule your DMs in advance (feature coming soon ⏳).
There’s also an upcoming option to use Premium InMails.
⚡ Note: The Send DM button only activates once you have both recipients and a completed message.
