Taplio Dashboard explained

In this article, we will dive in and dissect multiple sections of our Dashboard

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Taplio Dashboard is your central workspace. It gives you quick access to writing tools, analytics, engagement opportunities, and AI-generated content - all in one place. This guide explains each section of the Dashboard using the layout shown in the screenshots below.

1. Welcome section (top action cards)

At the top of the dashboard, you will see a row of action cards. These are shortcuts to the most commonly used features:

  • Start composing 📝

This button takes you directly to the post composer where you can create, edit, and schedule new LinkedIn posts.

  • Engage now 💬

Tapping this opens your engagement section, allowing you to comment on posts in your feed and boost visibility.

  • Try AI chat assist 🧠

This opens Taplio’s AI assistant, which can help you:

    • Generate post ideas

    • Rewrite or improve draft content

    • Produce full LinkedIn posts

  • Browse ideas 💡

This opens the Ideas / Inspiration area where you can explore trending content, hooks, and formats.

  • View analytics 📈

This links to your analytics page, where you can review detailed account performance, post insights, and growth trends.

2. Engage with people who comment on your posts

Below the action cards, you’ll see a section dedicated to comment management, which displays:

  • A list of recent comments on your posts

  • The commenter’s name and role

  • How long ago they commented

  • A reply box directly integrated into the dashboard

You can respond from here using:

  • Smart Reply (AI-generated reply suggestions)

  • Snippets (saved responses or templates)

  • Emoji reactions

🔑 There is also a “View all comments” button that opens your full comment engagement page.

3. AI-Generated LinkedIn posts for you

This section provides personalized AI-generated post ideas, based on your audience and activity. A button labeled Get suggestions will appear in the middle, the first time you load the Dashboard page:

Clicking Get suggestions generates a batch of ready-to-use post ideas you can edit, refine, or publish. If no posts are displayed yet, the area will appear empty until suggestions are generated.

4. Resources & templates (bottom section)

At the bottom of the dashboard, Taplio highlights useful templates and guides.

These resources are designed to help you write faster and publish content that performs consistently.
