Who We Are: This platform is operated by EVEN Labs Inc., in partnership with J. Cole and Fame House (a division of Universal Music Group), to bring you exclusive access to The Fall-Off vinyl pre-order and future releases. Fame House is the merchant of record for all purchases and handles order fulfillment.
Your Account: You'll need to create an account using your email or phone number to access the platform and make purchases. We use Magic.link for secure two-factor authentication to help keep out bots and resellers.
Privacy and Your Data: We collect your email address and/or phone number to authenticate your account and, with your consent, to send you marketing messages about J. Cole releases and updates. We won't sell your data to anyone else and are committed to keeping it safe. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Purchases: To purchase vinyl or other products on the platform, you'll complete a one-time payment processed by Fame House. All sales are final. Pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or around February 6, 2026. There is a limit of 4 products per customer. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Fall-Off platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VISITING, BROWSING, OR MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU AFFIRM, REPRESENT AND WARRANT (A) THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, (B) THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS, AND (C) THAT YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM IS PERMITTED BY, AND SHALL NOT VIOLATE, ANY APPLICABLE LAWS.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform without advance notice to you. These changes become effective immediately and, if you use the Platform after the modifications become effective, it will signify your agreement to be bound by the modifications.
2. Platform Ownership and Operation
The Platform is operated by EVEN Labs Inc. ("EVEN," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 313 N Plankinton Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203 USA, in collaboration with J. Cole and Fame House, a division of Fame House, Inc. ("Fame House"). Fame House, operating under Universal Music Group, is the merchant of record for all purchases made through this Platform and is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and related customer service. The Platform provides access to exclusive vinyl pre-orders, merchandise, personalized marketing, and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM OR MAKE ANY PURCHASES.
For marketing communications only: Users who are at least 13 years of age may opt in to receive text or email messages from J. Cole with verifiable parental consent if under 18.
4. User Accounts and Security
Account Creation: To access certain features and make purchases, you must create a user account. We use Magic.link, a secure two-factor authentication service, to verify your identity via email or phone number.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication methods and all activities that occur under your account.
Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at support@even.biz if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Data Collection: We collect information such as your email address and phone number to authenticate your account and, with your consent, to send you marketing communications related to J. Cole's projects and releases.
Data Usage: Your data is used solely for authentication, communications, and purposes related to the Platform and artist and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@even.biz to exercise these rights.
6. Marketing Communications
By creating an account, you may opt in to receive text or email marketing messages from J. Cole regarding new releases, events, and exclusive offers. By opting in, you agree that you are 13 years of age or older (with parental consent if under 18) and consent to receive such communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in our communications or by contacting support@even.biz.
7. Purchases, Payments, and Fulfillment
All purchases made through this Platform are processed and fulfilled by Fame House, a division of Fame House, Inc., operating under Universal Music Group ("UMG"). By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Merchant of Record: Fame House is the merchant of record for all purchases. Your payment will be processed by Fame House through their payment processors.
Payment: All orders are charged immediately at checkout for the full cost of your order. Pending authorization holds may appear on your account for up to seven business days depending on your card's issuing bank.
Purchase Limits: To ensure fair access for all fans, purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 products per customer. Orders exceeding this limit may be cancelled without notice.
Pre-Orders and Shipping: Pre-order products are scheduled to ship on or around February 6, 2026. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information via email once your package is processed for shipment. Please note it can take up to 3 days for initial tracking information to update.
International Orders: For deliveries outside the United States, orders must pass through customs before final delivery, which may cause additional delays. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. If customs fees are refused at delivery, your order will be returned and refunded upon receipt.
Shipping Address: Shipping delays will occur if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If your package is returned due to a shipping error, you will be contacted for an updated address. If there is no response within 5 business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Refunds and Cancellations: All sales are final. Pre-orders and limited edition merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed unless explicitly approved by Fame House in writing.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact interscoperecords@umgstores.com as soon as possible. You must report issues within 30 days of receiving your order. Photos are required to verify damage or confirm incorrect items. Upon review, a return label will be issued and a replacement or refund provided if the item is no longer in stock. We are not responsible for damage to items that have been worn, used, or washed.
Lost Packages: You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to claim your package as lost in order to receive a reshipment (if stock permits) or refund.
Returns: If a return is approved, items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Contact interscoperecords@umgstores.com to submit a return request.
Taxes: Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders based on applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on your purchases.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, is owned by EVEN, J. Cole, or our licensors.
Prohibited Actions: Any commercial distribution, publishing, use, or exploitation of the Platform or any elements thereof is prohibited without prior written consent. You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for illegal activity; (b) exploit the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes; (c) upload viruses or malicious code; (d) attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Platform; (e) harvest information from the Platform; (f) use the Platform under false pretenses; (g) interfere with other users' access; or (h) circumvent security features of the Platform.
9. User Conduct
Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with others and refrain from offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior.
Prohibited Content: Do not post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to monitor user interactions and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EVEN Labs Inc., Fame House, Inc., Universal Music Group, J. Cole, and their respective officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@even.biz and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and EVEN Labs Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND EVEN LABS INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Arbitration Procedures: The arbitration will be conducted in the English language in New York, New York, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@even.biz within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Assignment
We may assign these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
18. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Platform or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us at support@even.biz. If you are using a screen reader and are having problems using this website, please call 866-682-4413 for assistance. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative communication method that is accessible to you.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or orders, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, manufacturing delays, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. In the event of such delay, the time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the delay.
20. Promotions and Discounts
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect any applicable discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks or vouchers are available unless otherwise noted. Promotions are not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, or handling and processing charges. Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, or coupon unless otherwise specified. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or bartered. Void where prohibited. Returns or cancellations of any portion of a purchase may require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Universal Music Group reserves the right to end or modify any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
