REMEMBER!
It will only be possible to change your plan if you have already established a payment method on the platform before. Be sure to save the changes, once you provide your payment details, with the "Save payment method" button.
To start click on the three-bar menu of your USYNCRO account.
Once opened, access the "My Account" section of the main menu.
You will then be redirected to the following window where you can manage your USYNCRO account as explained in the article "Initial Account Setup".
Go to the "Plans" tab, where you will find the plan you are currently on.
By clicking on "View other subscriptions", you will be able to view the different payment plan options available on the platform, including the benefits included in each one.
At the bottom of this tab, you will find the section where you need to include the payment method you wish to use.
Once you have indicated your payment method, you will see the following notification on your screen indicating that it was successfully saved.
If you wish to change your payment method, you can do so by simply clicking on the "HERE" button at the bottom of the notification.
As mentioned above, in "View other subscriptions" you will see all available USYNCRO plans. Select the one that best suits your operations to make the change.
Once you have selected the plan of your choice, you will see the following window informing you of the date on which the change will take effect. You will be offered the option to accept or decline the change.
After accepting the change, a note will appear at the top of the page with a reminder of the date from which the change will become effective.
It will be possible to revert the change by clicking on "Cancel subscription change".
